• By submitting custom designs or artwork for personalisation, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the intellectual property and grant us the right to reproduce the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4. Personalisation & Custom Orders

We offer a range of customised and personalised products. By submitting personalisation details, you confirm that:

• All submitted text, images, or files are free from third-party copyright.
• You have reviewed and approved all spelling, dates, and other customisation details before finalising the order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including misspellings or incorrect details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Key points include:

• Custom-made products are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed print error or damage in transit.
• Used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of dispatch, at the customer’s expense, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to update pricing and product information at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, PrintX Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

• We do not accept liability for any loss (including business, financial, or data loss) arising from misuse or delays in product delivery.
• Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
